After about 15 years in the HR industry, we have established a small venture aimed at assisting small and medium-scale enterprises, with a particular focus on startups. Startups require specialized skills and flexibility for adaptation. Our primary work areas include managing the HR department for startups, where we partner with senior leadership to develop effective HR policies and corporate procedures. We facilitate onboarding sessions and on-the-job training for new hires to enhance their job position knowledge and skill sets, ultimately boosting employee engagement. Additionally, we provide guidance on human resource systems, recruiting, and resource allocation in a commercial consulting environment. Our initiatives are forward-thinking, aimed at improving employee engagement and forecasting personnel demands. We develop strategic approaches to meet objectives and coordinate the implementation of people-related services, policies, and programs through departmental staff. Moreover, we assess and align compensation packages to market standards to attract highly qualified applicants for organizational vacancies.
